Walking inside, you see various strange, glowing patterns on the walls in a large room. The floor is made of a frozen over lake and you can see fish inside. Three large doors stand at the other end of the corridor. You notice the one in the center is locked, but the other two are open. There's also what looks like an open eye on the ceiling. It's not a monster, but some kind of mechanism. The detective penguin is inspecting everything carefully. "HMM. I see." He waddles around the main room a bit before looking to you. "This looks like the part where the adventurer goes in to help, hmm? Perhaps you can find out the puzzle to this ancient temple, my apprentice."

"Alright then, first things first let's unlock that door. We should explore the other ones while we're here, but it wouldn't hurt to open it up now rather than waiting." Summon Lyndis, who will shoot an arrow (nobody said she's not in her promoted class Blade Lord) at the eye.

Lyn appears and then shoots an arrow up into the mysterious eye in the ceiling. You see it shut before suddenly, the ground beneath you starts melting! The ice cracks away and melts as the blue markings on the walls change to red. You're then all swimming in warm water and can notice what looks like two more doors underwater. The penguin detective lets out a shout as he falls in the water and is being chased around by the fish. While they looked harmless before, as you both land in the water, the fish change to look like terrifying piranhas with sharp teeth and chase after the party. There's about ten of them each and they're all pretty small. About the size of your hand.
They look pretty weak. You can probably take them out with one hit if you manage to hit them. You can also probably edit them without too much difficulty as long as you can keep it from moving so much.

Equip the Brotherhood, going from being someone who's actually a horrible swimmer to possessing the skills of its previous owner Tidus. From there it's a simple matter of darting about and slashing the fish apart before helping the penguin out of the water.

You equip the Brotherhood and gain very powerful swimming abilities, taking out all the enemy fish quickly and efficiently. The penguin looks relieved. "Thank goodness I was there to save you, my apprentice! Always be careful of what your actions might do to the area around you! The obvious solution may not always be the right one. But it appears you've found access to two underwater rooms. Good work, apprentice." He begins to inspect everything with his magnifying glass.

"Let's hold off on those underwater rooms, there might be something of value in those other ones." Surface and go in the room above the water on the left. Upon getting out of the water Lupis hops off of Kain while the dragon shakes the water off of it, breathes s bit of fire and walks through it to evaporate the rest of the water, and then allows its rider back onto its back.

You lead the detective into the surface room on the left, finding what looks like a pool of warm water leading to a tall ledge that has a chest on top. More of those sharp toothed fish are in the water. It seems like the freezing and heating water affects all the rooms in the temple, not just the first room.

Equip the Rainbow Sword and fly up to the ledge before opening the chest.

You easily fly up to the chest using the Rainbow Sword and open it up. Inside, you find a blue stone. Hmm. Wonder what it does. It feels kind of cold.

Keep the blue stone and return to the main room before going into the right room.

You take the blue stone and head into the right room. There, you see a bunch of climbable vines leading up to an indentation in the wall. There's a bunch of skulltulas on the walls. You might want to be careful they don't attack you.

Seeing how I cheesed the last room I may as well do this one fairly. I've already got Lyn out, so she'll fire arrows at the Skulltulas to clear them out while I climb up to the indentation. If she needs help summon Agnes in the Ranger job to attack with Bug Slayer (yes,I'm aware that they're technically not bugs).

Lyn shoots arrows into each of the Skulltulas, taking them out one at a time. When she hits one of them, you notice it leaves behind a little, golden skull object. You pick it up and put it away. Maybe it will be useful later. You then climb over to the indentation and find what looks like an empty, red pedestal. There's a little sphere shaped groove in it. It looks like the blue orb would fit inside. It also looks like your own sphere would fit inside if you wanted to put it in.

Let's not take any chances, insert the Blue Orb I found.

You place the blue orb in the slot. It clicks in, but you hear what sounds like a buzzer indicating an error. The orb is rejected and shot back into your hands before the ground underneath you opens up trap door style and you fall in.
Once you land, you realize that you're in water. Actually, you're under the water! This entire area seems completely submerged. You better find a way to breathe, or you'll run out of air!
