The other pixie bites you and starts sucking blood. You're starting to feel really light-headed by the time she's done. "...Alright, I'm satisfied! Oh, I see my friend's already with you. Take care of her, OK?" she gives you a life stone and peaces out.
"Oh. That sounds nice, but I'd rather just fight you!" Aeva says.
Hezaki checks on Alice. She's alive and conscious, though tired. And she'll definitely have some bruises in the morning.

"THE CONTRACT IS SEALED YOUR BLOODLINE IS MINE" Dandy exclaims much more sinister then anyone has been used to hearing from him "May I be the first to welcome you to the service of House Dantalian I hope you enjoy your stay" He adds much more in line with his typical tone he snaps his fingers and the contract burns away and the pixie disappears. He shakes his head as if exiting a daze and turns to Aeva "No you don't I'm no warrior you'll find combat with me very unsatisfying now my companion he may give you more of a fight" He says gesturing over to Hezaki who was just finishing the incantation to cast a regen spell on Alice.

"OK! We're fighting now!" Aeva flies over and reclaims her shield, then rushes at Hezaki with her electrokatana.

Hezaki casts Water pushing his assualter back and giving him time to switch out to the Extendo-Glaive. "Woah yeah knock her dead or out preferably" Dandy cheers Hezaki groans in response and assumes a defensive posture

The pixie raises her shield. It flashes, and seems to absorb the worst of the force of the spell, just like when she was fighting Alice. The pixie pushes through the force of the water, slashing Hezaki as he switches weapons. She retreats just enough to prepare for her next attack.
Hezaki is still ready to fight. The pixie has taken negligible injuries. Alice... was already healed by the pixie, and is continuing to sit against the tree.

Hezaki takes a deep breath and the Extendo-Glaive shoots out or at least that's what it seems like it's doing at the last second it moves to wrap around the pixie instead of skewering her meanwhile Dandy is setting up Imps around the arena and suppling them with giant foam fingers and hot dogs.

Aeva rushes in, sword ready to strike. She puts her shield up to block the glaive before it flies off to the side around her. It wraps around her shield arm and body, but her sword remains free. She slashes Hezaki again. It's still not doing a lot of damage, but she's not exactly weak, either.
She starts glowing. "Oh gods of light, grant me the strength to smite this foe..."

The Glaive unravels from the pixie the blade scraping against her shield in an attempt to disarm though instead of striking with this momentum Hezaki shoves his weapon into the dirt pole vaulting dramatically skyward Dandy takes this time to don the Sunlight Maggot surely a purely aesthetic act that would not serve to impede her vision at all (Wink Wink Nudge Nudge Nuff Said).

The light from the hat doesn't seem bright enough to bother her, especially since she's already glowing and looking up. Pixie lets Hezaki pull off the shield, grabbing her sword with both hands. "NEWPORT... SMAAAAAASH!" she screams, flying up to Hezaki. She swings, sword glowing brightly. She doesn't even manage to hit with the sword itself. The force of the aura alone is enough to push him around and moderately injure him.

"Looks like the Red Dawn maneuver didn't work you know what that means" Dandy calls out Hezaki grimaces "Improvise" he mutters disdainfully. The next moment Hezaki has returned to the ground and swings the bamf bat...up into the air on a collision course with Aeva without waiting to see if it connects he pulls out the Bee Cannon and prepares to unload. Meanwhile, an imp skitters across the battlefield retrieving the discarded shield laying it on the ground behind Dantalion who is busy "making" a snowman (which may or may not secretly contain a gunman)

Hezaki smacks Aeva with the bat and sends her flying back up. Even that powerful hit doesn't seem to bother her all that much. Aeva gets knocked back and swings her sword, sending a jolt of lightning flying down at him. She seems to have completely forgotten the shield. Hezaki takes slight damage from the hit as he switches weapons.
Dandy starts playing with snow.

Chalklate
You head south, into the forest. This place is full of ancient trees, the air fresh and crisp and clear. A wide path heads to a fork in the road. From here you could head east towards a giant tree, or west as the trees begin to thin towards a plain. You hear high-pitched, feminine giggling from the south, off the path and through the trees...
You also see a flash of lightning and some storm clouds not far in that direction.

I ask Tilaran to call out a greeting in whatever languages pixies speak. Unless it's English, she's not fluent, but she knows a few words.

Chalklate
Tilaran calls out in Sylvan. You hear some rustling sounds coming from the trees and bushes, then spot a small, humanoid head poke out from behind a tree trunk. The creature stares at the two of you with a wary expression.
Then you hear rustling behind you. Another head pops out of a bush. Then to the side, one pops out of some flowers. You start to get the feeling you're surrounded.
They all just stare at you. Watching. Waiting.
Dantalion
Aeva suddenly disengages. She turns and starts flying away, then pauses. She points at her shield and it flies back to her before she departs north.
