Bandit A is petting Crystalis. Maya approaches and he starts petting her too.
Mirror Mage moves forward, looking inside the tent subtly. He notices a travelling merchant tied up inside the tent.
Bandit B: "So, you're not gonna answer?
There's not supposed to be anyone living in the plains, so who are you guys?"

If either of them attack, sidestep and counter with a Mirror Mimic at an angle that they can't see and makes it seem like the other one attacked them. Maybe if I do that then they'll end up fighting each other.

Bandit A jumps on his feet and grabs his dagger. It only seems like a reaction to being startled though. Bandit B still seems calm. He actually has a smile on his face.
Bandit A: "What was that? Why are you aggressive all of a sudden?"
Bandit B: "So... You have business with Shepperd heh?"
Elliot: "Just answer the question."
Bandit B: "Why should I? You don't even answer mine.
Just tell me where you're coming from and I might consider answering your questions."

Crystalis writes "Windy Plains Camp" on the ground.
Bandit B's smile grows in size.
Bandit B: "Oh so there's a camp to steal from? Thanks for the information.
A deal is a deal: we didn't capture Miller Shepperd yet, he's the captain of the Royal Guard after all. All we wanted was to know what business he had in the plains since no one lives here.
You gave us our answer though, thanks a lot pal."

Well for one thing, Mirror Mage isn't exactly the best at starting fights. I was kind of expecting Crystalis to attack since they're now threatening to steal from and possibly even hurt innocent people, but apparently Just has other things in mind.

I highly doubt they care that what they're doing is morally wrong, and saying that there are dangerous people there is probably going to come across more as a threat. |

This is how these people have to survive. This world is in ruin and some people have to turn to thievery to live. I want to help show them there is another way and change this world for the better rather than continuing to kill and make things continue to worsen. |
